Ok, I know that there was a lot of activity around WordPress last couple of weeks, a lot of upgrades, but new Version (cappital V has its meaning here) – WordPress 2.1 Ella named by greatest jazz vocalist Ella Fitzgerald. There are a lot of new features and nearly 550 bug fixes. Complete list of changes can be found here and I think it is really cool Now we came to a little bit tricky part – upgrading. I have to say that I had really seamless ugrade, without any troubles, only a few plugins had some minor issues. Throught this I strongly encourage you to backup both database and your prevous WP instalation before upgrading!
